Product Selection
You order products through our ecommerce site, savvyPortal, or directly through your dedicated Client Executive. Not sure what to order? You can request assistance from a vendor-certified DEPLOY50 team member or vendor product specialist.
Customized instructions
​Our Comprehensive Imaging and HardwareConfiguration Request Forms allow you to give us all of the critical information we need to complete your order exactly to your specifications.
Order confirmation
The Configuration Lab team confirms your requirements.
Once you have given final approval, your order is managed in our project management software system.
Order arrival
Being affiliated with 46 distribution centers located across the country means fewer backordered products, faster delivery times and lower shipping costs.
Product inspection
If we find any defects, the item will be replaced. We take great care to maintain the integrity of the original packaging, ensuring all product literature is intact.
Hardware configuration
We are certified through all of the leading manufacturers. We configure thin clients, desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, mobile devices and servers.
State-of-the-art servers
We manage your data and any site-to-site VPN services using secure, advanced encryption technologies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
Hardware installation
We can install RAM & SSD hard drives, NIC & graphics cards, USB expansion, wireless adapters and RAID controllers. We also can upgrade PSUs, processors and motherboards.
Software configuration
Per your specifications, we use tried and true technology alongside custom DEPLOY50 deployment scripting to image your devices. We configure software on thin clients, desktops, laptops and Androids.
​Chromebook services
We can install apps, set-up devices, install user settings, configure user profiles, and restore & refresh systems on your Chromebook fleet.
Asset tagging
We can customize asset tags with your company logo, add RFID and barcodes, tag by serial numbers and BIOS chip (as supported), as well as create and manage your asset list files.
Custom kitting
You can specify any combination of devices and accessories that we configure into a kit to make future ordering a breeze.
One-offs or multiples
We are used to detailed, customized requests from clients. We will gladly configure a single device for you if that’s all you need.

Our two-step QC process checks each individual unit. It takes more time than checking one or two items in a batch, but it is a critical step in our best-practices approach.

Order palletizing and final inspection
We can organize the units on a pallet with appropriate labeling for a final quality check review just prior to shipment, and we’ll ship to multiple destinations, if desired. Don’t need it right away? We can warehouse your order until you are ready to receive it.
Delivered to your specifications
We work with leading state-of-the-art logistics carriers
to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing risk.
Your options include same-day, next-day, 2-day, 3-day, ground service, LTL, truckload, white glove, high-value, inside delivery, specific date/time, and setup with trash removal. If you have a unique request, we will try to accommodate it.
